All of us, at some point in their career, would have been exposed to Agile. Or worse some derivative of Agile. But I think it is time to declare agile dead or impractical.
It was touted as the magical software development approach. Designed to create continuous feedback, reduce turn-around-time for features, improved code, improved productivity, and so on. Having worked with multiple projects that moved from waterfall to agile or having started with agile, I can say for sure, that it’s impractical for most of the development work.
